Divided back card that was not mailed. Very minor wear.

Very early postcard with a cancel on the front of 1906, which was required by postal law.  Yellowed with age but in good condition. My research indicates that this was a black institution which was combined with Clark Atlanta University in 1988.
       

This is a scarce early postcard from the Cotton; States & International Exposition, showing the Government Building.  Note the right edge were the surface has flaked off.  Could be trimmed but have left it for the purist.  Card was not mailed.  Back reads Official Souvenir Card-Cotton States and International Exposition September 18th until December 31st 1895.

Interesting card showing a store named Wash Collier Groceries where the first post office was held. It is a drawing of course. Very light crease which is large but not that noticeable.
