Corner crease on the bottom right hand side and other minor wear.  Great scene with all the wagons lined up  1908 is on the wagon but year is not shown on the cancel.

Considerable wear to this card which is probably rare.  Please view the scan carefully.  There are two strange things about this card.  One is obviously the color green.  I have never seen a green card before.  Albany is in green county so perhaps that had something to do with it.  The other odd thing is that the postcard was published in another country.  Two cancels, one from Albany and I can't read the other one.  Publisher mark of AH. It is an interesting street scene though it is quite light.

The message on the back through indicates that it was a water wagon, used to sprinkle the streets. Message on the side reads Mr William Pearson 424 Wash. Ave. Neenah Wisconsin.

Great old scene from this small town in Wisconsin.  Whoever made the writing on the negative made a mistake and scratched out the area preceding Main St.  Dunbar may have been the photographer.  Minor wear but the heavy cancel indentation from the back detracts some.  This has got to be a rare one.

This card shows Saengerfest Hall. Gruss Vom Saengerfest. I believe that these were singing festivals. Considerable wear to corners, cancel marks and dingy areas.
