This appears to be an abbreviation of a chrome postcard.  It measures only 3 and 1/2 inches by 2 and a 1/2+ inches.  Advertisement of the menu on the back.  (I have two available for the same price).  

Great street scene and a sign for a bank.  Not mailed, dingy back and the image has worn off on the bottom corners.  See scan.

Great scene at the Depot at Tallahassee Florida. The card was mailed and there is a 1908 cancel from a small town in Ga, Brinson Georgia. Tip wear and a tip crease on the upper right hand corner.

Never mailed card but the old cars tell the era.  Great appearance until you rotate it under a light and then you see large streak marks which look like something spilled near the card.  You can see what they look like on the mid-botton white area of the building.
