Ku Klux Klan-One of a Kind Paper Item

I guess I bought this as I found it mysterious, not because I have any sympathies with the KKK, which I don't. It's a worn paper (note the folds) and other wear, which measures 9 + by 6 inches. Someone has glued it to cardboard which on the back has what turns out to be a chant, song, or whatever titled "Non Silba Sed Anthar" which I had to look up and this is what I found on the web:
Non Silba Sed Anthar is a Ku Klux Klan slogan intended to mean "Not Self, But Others." It looks like Latin but is a mix of Latin and Gothic. Occasionally it appears in acronym form as NSSA. The phrase is one of many phrases, codes and rituals developed by the Second Ku Klux Klan in the early 20th century. Please view the second scan to see the paper that has been glued to the back. Written on the back is the notation, "Found in the bookcase of Clayton and Irene Lawd (or Land) after their deaths (1985).
This appears to be an intricate pencil drawing, either a copy or an original, I don’t know which. It is loose on the bottom right hand corner as if someone tried to remove it and then changed their mind. I am able to date the item as it shows the beginning year of the Klan as 1866 and the other date is 1915.

I bought this from a dealer at the Atlanta Scott Market for $65. He wouldn't come down as he had gotten Angela Davis to autograph it and stuck a button that he had worn onto it. I believe the button may be scarce as I have never seen it in this size before. The People before Profits celluloid measures two and a half inches. Some greyish spotting in the white field.

Postally used card, cancelled from Atlanta in 1965. Racist, propaganda message on the back proclaiming King as a communist. This card was issued by the American Opinion in Belmont Massachusetts. This was taken at the Highlander Folk School in 1957 in Monteagle Tn. Some wear to the corners including a tip crease.
The Highlander Folk School, located in Grundy County, Tennessee, at the southern tip of the Cumberland Mountains, was the leading training center for southern labor and civil ights leaders for nearly three decades (1932-1961). In 1961, the school’s charter was revoked by the state of Tennessee for irregularities in its operation as a non-profit organization. Within a few weeks, the school reopened in Knoxville, Tennessee, under another charter granted to the Highlander Research and Education Center.

Stop Busing Stickers-For Congress-Ronnie Thompson-Georgia

Five stickers used in the campaign of Ronnie Thompson, former Mayor of Macon. He also ran for Governor of Georgia. He was quite a colorful politician. You can read about him in the Wikipedia entry: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Ronnie_Thompson_(Georgia_politician)
Busing was a rather unpopular method of achieving integration even though it worked. It involved having children leave their neighborhood schools for long bus rides and in many cases it was the black children who were the ones who got to ride the longest. Civil Rights-Segregation

1986 Poster-Martin Luther King Holiday
Item #: NEW-009466

This great poster measures 30 by 24 inches. Creasing in upper right hand corner area, probably could be smoothed out with proper framing. There is an small area of damage in the middle area which unfortunately happened on my watch. This area is magnified in the scan. I think it could be touched up for framing. This poster celebrates the passage of a holiday for Martin Luther King which was enacted in 1986. Various states were reluctant to implement it calling the holiday by different names but by the year 2000 all states celebrated Martin Luther King Day.

Broadside or flyer, racist in content. 1944 is the only date mentioned. Very thin pape with tears and a hole. Printed in New Orleans. "In 1944 genuine Democrats made the first serious move to eliminate from the real Democratic Party the alleged Negro-loving pink and red Mongrels who falsely called themselves Democrats...' Mention is made of Governor Fielding Wright of Mississippi, Senator James Eastland, also of Mississippi. Proposing a Democratic convention below the Mason Dixon line. No civil rights collection would be complete without examples of this type of propaganda.
