This item measures eight inches and is tin.  Minor wear in the black field.  There is a Hoover match to this. Back is clean and intact. 

Heavy plastic plate with very minor wear.  The plate shows a sign that the Governor had installed warning motorists that Ludowici Georgia was a speed trap.  The little town made their money by manipulating the traffic lights to trip unexpectedly.
