Charming old candy box with some wear but still quite presentable. Measures 6 by 3 and a half inches. Scan shows the top of the box but other illustrations on all sides.

Cigar advertising cutter from a merchant, W A Chambers, in Clarksville Tennessee. This company opened in 1907 so this item can be dated after that. This is an actual cigar label from the brand The New Currency, P Lorillard Company Makers. The merchant inserted his name at the bottom which is damaged, as can be seen in the scan. See the other scans to view the overall condition. The base is walnut wood and the frame is brass. Measurements are 8 by 5 inches

Booklet measures 6 by 4 inches. Back cover is in poor condition and the torn off area goes to the preceding page. Rest of the booklet is clean. Santa has some creases on the base.

These nifty little devices were used by companies to keep track of their paper work. This was an advertising give away by the Wirth Sales Book Company in Chicago. Little chip out of the upper edge of the celluloid just under the metal attachment. Also some light surface scratches.

This is a cardboard carton of Almond Joy Candy Bars. Peter Paul was a sponsor of one of the 60's most popular shows, The Adventures of Ozzie & Harriet. Also features Ricky and David Nelson. Crayon or ink marking on the cover, Dec 61. Some dirty areas and other minor wear.

This display case measures 22 by 17 inches. See scan for the condition which is generally quite good. The porcelain sign on the inside has some wear on it. The cost of the  shipping  which will be determined after it is packed and the cost added to the total.

Great Waterman display case. Original glass, with some scratches on the thick glass top. Key missing. There is a mirrored back which has the mirror worn off in spots. Case is lopsided in the scan as I was trying to minimize the effects of the camera flash. Measures 12 by 18 and a half inches and 17 and a half inches deep. Slight loss of paint on Letter W. Buyer should expect to pay to have this professionally packed as I don't trust myself. Ignore the shipping weight. The software demands that I enter something. Great item for the Waterman pen collector.

I found this great item in a book. Very acidic and brittle with chipping a separation at the top. Part of the top has chipped off since the listing was made. Folds at top and creasing at lower corner. Please study scan carefully. This book mark was advertising the movie at Loew's State which I believe was/is in Memphis Tennessee. The Cossitt library is mentioned on the back.

Three items in this lot. One is a paper item , a puzzle, which is is worn condition. One is a little memo book from Friedman Shelby Shoes, also somewhat worn. The last is a clicker in nice condition.

Two and a quarter inch celluloid which has the back missing. See scans. Multiple scratches on the celluloid visible when rotating under a light. One side reads "Good For 10 cents in Trade." The other side says "Meet your friends at Doc Ewing's in Bowling Green Kentucky. I'm betting it was a saloon but don't know for sure. Shows a lovely lady with one breast visible.

Cute little beanie given out by the R B Martin's Drug Store, "31 years in the drug business." "After the Game Meet Me for Cold Drinks and Cigars. Minor wear.

Colorful, stand up advertising display for Skrip Ink. Nice condition and measures about 18 inches high. Cardboard. Nice go-with for the fountain pen collector. I have another one available that is not on my site that is similar but not identical.

Great Victorian looking celluloid Compact (Mirror missing) advertising a hat store in Russellville Kentucky. Also sells Veils and Ribbons. Some indentations in the celluloid front and back but still looks great

Two blotters in this lot. Unused Morton's Salt blotter, with weakened corners. The other unusual blotter is a lobster, advertising Hackney's Shore Dinners in Atlantic City New Jersey. Unused.

Three items included in this lot. One is for Carter's Ink. Unused but has what looks like a large paint smear, part of which has bled through (but not much) on the front. It appears as a light stain. Dingy area on right edge. The Kellogg's Toasted Corn Flakes Botter is used and has a light fold. Last is a clean unused blotter form Goodrich Work Shoes.

Variation on the usual trade card format. Three creases but still looks nice. Hoyt's German Cologne was manufactured in Lowell Mass. Some spots on the back.

Howdy is advertising Wonder Enriched Bread. This paper puppet measures 13 inches tall. Folds three places. Age spotting which shows the most on the bread.

Here's an item that you don't see very often. Not the repro or even the common pose of Big Boy. This one has his arm upraised though it's sagging a little. Some wear of course but actually in good condition.
