Nice condition on this card.  This "Hotel Court" was a long time fixture in Melrose. Good eating at lunch time.

This is a real photo postcard showing a re-enactment scene, "Artillery In Action".  These kind of drills were common after the Civil War and other Southern States participated in them.  Unmailed. 

Unusual scene with this wagon pulled by dogs.  Some have decided to take a break.  It looks like the man may be legless. Spots are on the exterior.  Photographer was Patterson of Nashville Tennessee. One light corner crease.

This stately home was on 1006 19th Ave South in Nashville Tennessee.  According to records this home no longer exists.  C M Morford is listed as the owner of the home. Some corner wear.  The card was never mailed but there is a message on the back and remnants from being in an album.

This is a super rare card which has at least twice, that I know over, hovered around $1000.00 on eBay.  This is only the second that I have ever had.   Never mailed with some creasing and corner wear.  Looks good to the eye-see scan.  This famous local beer won the Gold Medal at the Tennessee Centennial Exposition in 1897.

This scarce card was issued for the 50th anniversary of the Gerst Brewing Company.  Never mailed with some minor wear to the corner tips.

This card was not mailed even though there is a message on the back telling "Mama" that her room is where the X is on the card.  There is also very large crease which is light and you don't notice due to the graphics on the card.  Mailed to Mrs. W H Roose, Perrysburg, Ohio

This is a scarce view of Shelby Park in Nashville.  Creasing at top left corner, not visible due to the graphics.  Wear to other others and dingy white border and back of the unmailed card.

This is a rare view of President Teddy Roosevelt visiting the University of Nashville, Peabody College.  Cancel is 1915 so he was the former President but no doubt still campaigning. Rough condition with extreme wear to the corners as can be seen in the scan and creasing on the right and left edge.

When I was growing up in Nashville a big activity was going to Cascade Plunge at the Fairgrounds or Willow Plunge if you wanted to travel the back road to Williamson County which seemed very far away at the time.  

Corner crease and some flaking off of the image on the upper left hand corner tip.  Cancel markings on the front. This is one of the more scarce cards from the Glendale Park series. 

Undivided back card, never mailed but with a 1 cent Benjamin Franklin stamp.  Message on front as required by law.  Bunged up upper left hand corner and very rough upper edge.  See scan.
