Two items in this lot, a flyer and bumper sticker when Rudy Giuliani first ran for Mayor of New York

Poor condition on this Life magazine but it has a two page brief article with nice pictures of "Talmadge Marches Through Georgia, and Reece (Carroll) Fiddles Though Tennessee" Roy Acuff is shown fiddling. The article described Talmadge's campaign as a colorful. "Herman kept shouting "nigger." Also mentions that Acuff and Reece were pelted with fruit in Kingsport. Evidently they liked the music but not the speeches.

Two and a quarter inch cello in good codition.

Popular one inch button with surface scratches including one long deep scrach. Can see some age spots under magnification. Presents well to the naked eye. Pin is misssing.

One inch button in great condition. Could be Edward Kennedy's first Senate run.

Letter to Lawrence J Conlon from James Maquire on U S Senate letterhead, Committee On Irrigation and Reclamation of Arid Lands. Response to Conlon's request that he be appointed a deputy U S Marshal. "I am anxious to do something for the Hickory Club, which is a very faithful and deserving Democratic organization." Also included is a ribbon from the Hickory club which was found with the letter. Multiple folds to the letter with some holes at the folds. Good color on the ribbon but with folds and some fraying at the bottom.

The first button is 7/8 of an inch celluloid. Some very tiny clear spots but nice appearance. The other two buttons are the same size as the first one and are lithos. Wear to these button are visable in the scan.

Poster measures 22 and a half by 17 inches. One tear in the left side edge.

Not a post card. Measures 6 by 4 inches with a slight crease in upper right hand area. Features Edward Kennedy, Lyndon Johnson, Hubert Humphrey, Governor Bellotti, and other candidates from Massachusetts.

Sayre was an unsucessful candidate for Congress in California. Sayre was Woodrow Wilson's grandson and is known for climbing Mt Everest. Three items, one laid of the over in the scan.

Made for Lurleen's race for Governor of Alabama, Very clean example.

Four paper items for Maddox in his campaign for Governor of Georgia. Good condition. One is an expandable flyer which shows the "Pickrick Drumstick" for sale and other such campaign items. Great 8 by 10 photo showing A poster, two buttons and a campaign hat for John H. Reed of Maine. The gentleman accepting the buttons from the little girl may be Reed, I don't know for sure. Photographer Boutilier Photos in Medomak Maine. Probably made in 1958 or his first campaign.

Complete sheet but the pages have separated. Scarce sheet for JFK's grandfather who was Mayor of Boston. Creases at the corners, edge tear and general wear. Also some smudges. Edge tear on the inside sheets. Dated 1909.
